- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 18 rectangular crackers, this is best done in a food processor or blender, but can be done by placing the graham crackers in a zip-lock bag and rolling over the crackers with a rolling pin)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup dark cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot water
- 24 marshmallows (large white)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (measured and then sifted)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 200 grams Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 10 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips (or dark)
- 2 cups unsalted butter (slightly chilled)
- 5 cups powdered sugar (measured then sifted)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 egg whites (room temperature)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup light karo syrup
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla bean paste (or clear vanilla extract)
