This is by far the best elk burgers I have ever made! I did it with only one pound of elk but still phenomenal! Officially going into the rotation!

It was so amazing!! Me and my boyfriend had some elk meat and didn’t know what to do with it and found this recipe. So freakin amazing!! Best burger I’ve had!
