I followed the recipe to the letter and the outside of the bread was golden and nicely colored. But the inside of the bread was still soft and not fully cooked and I baked it for 1 hour and left it in the oven for a little while longer after it was turned off. It was very disappointing because I was looking forward to eating bread which I haven’t done since I started the Keto diet. Maybe the next time I do it it’ll turn out better- I hope!
