- 4 oz. heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate (pieces, I used Ghirardelli again)
- 1 pt. fresh raspberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot (dissolve with 1 Tbsp water)
