    The consistency of the cookies were too buttery causing them to spread out. The end result was a chewy mess that yielded just a few palatable cookies.

    AMAZING!!!! These are my go to cookies now. I even add toffee chips instead of chocolate chips for a butter crunch type cookie....YUM!

    I didnt have cake flour so I used unbleached all purpose for all the flour. Everytime i make this people demand to know the secret, and the 36 hours really really makes a difference!
