This was great! Quick to make, and I always have frozen uncooked scallops and shrimp on hand for those nights when you can’t think of what to eat and don’t have time to get to the store. Any vegetables that go together will do. Be imaginative! It did need mor soy sauce in my opinion.

Easy Noodle recipe that is beyond delicious. When I cooked this recipe I added more sesame oil than one teaspoon just for a deeper flavour. This is a great dish to have for a vegetarian night as you can switch meat easily for a range of veges such as carrots, mushrooms, onions and courgettes.
