Excellent base. Added chicken breast; fresh ginger; red pepper flakes and cornstarch to thicken broth. Vegetable broth has much better flavor enhancement than chicken broth. Very tasty. May add celery and onions next round. Regardless, great dish! Thanks for submitting the recipe!
