- 15 prawns (or shrimps peeled, can be substituted with crab, tuna, snapper or squid)
- 2 lemons (to marinate the prawn or shrimp)
- sauce (The Balinese)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- macadamia nuts (or candlenuts)
- 1 Tbsp. palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 tomato
- 2 chillies (large red mild)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 piece tumeric (or 1 Teaspoon of powder)
- 1 piece thai ginger
- 1/2 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (or muscad)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- basil leaves (lemon)
- 1 lime

Directions
- Grind all spices to make a paste except for bay leaves
- sautee for 3 minutes in a pan with 3 tablespoon of coconut oil and bay leaves
- add prawn and sautee for 5 minutes whilst stirring
- Add in juice of 1 lime and lemon basil leaves
- Serve with steamed rice
