- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw almonds (Mo suggests roasted, salted, but raw worked well for me)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (rough)
- 3/4 cup flax seed (I pulsed mine in the blender to barely chop)
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 cup dried tart cherries (chopped, Mo’s original recipe calls for half this amount)
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 pinches kosher salt
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed, about 1.5 cups)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mashed banana
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
- 3 Tbsp. tart cherry (concentrate)
- 1 Tbsp. water
