Really great!! I added a pinch of apple pie spice and nutmeg. I also added a little honey. After they were prepared, I laced them on a little bit of ice cream while they were hot. Kids loved it! Easy, healthy, and yummy!

They were delish! Just don burn them..... also, i added a splash of milk and it was great! The only thing that went wrong was that they tasted like bananas. From my reading they were supposed to taste like actual pancakes, but I will make these again! They were very good!

I could barely keep this down. As I'm in college, I thought it'd be a good cheap meal. I ended up having to throw it all away, what a waste! As the name suggests, it literally tastes like egg with bits of bannana in it. However, not pancake-like at all. Would not make again!

Love the recipe. Great with applesauce and OJ. It's light and not too heavy. Doesn't need butter or syrup - it's more like potato pancakes in a way. :)
