- 1 1/2 lb. pork belly
- 2 Tbsp. chili bean paste
- 1 Tbsp. sweet bean paste
- 1 Tbsp. black bean garlic sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- oil
- 4 stalks green onion
- 2 Tbsp. Chinese cooking wine (optional)
- 2 inches ginger (optional)

Directions
- Wash pork belly. Add cooking wine and ginger, then boil for 10 min. There might be scum that floats to the top, so wash it off.
- After pork belly is cooked, dry it off and put it in the fridge. For best results, wait for 2 hrs till cold. cut meat into 1.5" x 1.5" pieces.
- Add a bit of oil to wok. After wok gets hot, add the meat. Fry it until meat is crispy and has a nice brown on both sides.
