    Delish! So savory. I did use feta cheese instead of goat because that's what I had. So good Will make this again!

    The success of this recipe was a total success even thought the cook (me) messed up. Didn't puncture the potato and it totally came apart. Scooped and scraped out the insides mixed it with the other ingredients put it in a bowel and enjoyed. Taste was yummy!
