    Easy to make a very filling. Took some rime but worth it.

    This recipe sounded odd to me at first but it is also what intrigued me. The flavor combination is very balanced and feels decadent. The sweetness of the yam is balanced out by the saltiness of the bacon. The egg adds richness and depth that really ties it all together. I think the green onion is unnecessary but to each their own.
