Came out wonderful! The family loved it. It takes a little work to get the final product, but it's worth it. I'd also suggest you season the potatoes to your liking while mixing. Give the mixture a taste before putting it back in the potato skins. Will definitely make again.

Turned out great! Definitely a keeper and an instant hit with the family! I seasoned it with garlic salt with parsley because my kids think black pepper is spicy. I'm going use a little more seasoning in the mixture next time.

these came out great and tast exactly how you want one to taste. cook longer for a crispy shell. definitely a crowd pleaser.

I cooked on a little higher heat to make them more crispy but, this recipe is delicious! Exactly what a twice baked potato should taste like.
