One of my favorite meals! Definitely recommend adding some spice, like jalapeño, and eating with hot sauce

This is delicious!!! I season the potatoes before they bake (55 min) and add a serrano/jalapeño to the veggies. Makes 4 hearty servings.

Very interesting reciepe of potato casselrole, but i use sour cream, not yogurt. Easy to prepare, tasty to eat
