- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (a handful)
- 1/2 cup cane sugar (natural)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (fine-grain)
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (all-natural)
- 1/3 cup cane sugar (natural, or muscovado sugar, I omitted this because the fruits are already so sweet!)
- 5 1/2 cups blueberries (frozen)
- 1/2 pineapple (medium sized, diced)
- 2 Granny Smith apple
- 1 Fuji Apple
- 5 1/2 cups sweet cherries (halved and pitted)
- 1/4 cup dried currants (omitted)
- 1/4 cup wine (Beaujolais, omitted)
