It's a hard pass on this one. Even with chicken Italian sausage it was just shy of tasteless. The only thing that saved this soup was the cornbread prepared go to with it. I don't throw food away so we will have the rest tomorrow but....just no.

it was pretty good! there is something about it that keeps you wanting more! goes great with a veggie burger or sandwich.

Enjoyed it! Added more carrots and celery and mashed, rather than blended, a cup of the beans. The flavors got better even the day after.

Delicious. Flavour is incredible. Added more carrots and used navy beans and homemade stock instead.

Delicious soup! I'd add a little more carrots and celery for 1 liter of water, the soup was a little watery even after the blender. Shallotts are great idea. Added oregano, thyme and fresh rosmary.

Very good. Added a lot more veggies and orzo. Did not need to puree any. Herbs: oregano, bay leaves and rosemary.
