This was good and easy to make. I used an 8in springform pan because I didn’t have the smaller deep Spring form that was suggested. I modified the crust so it wasn’t so think. I also suggest making sure the crust is completely cooled (maybe even chilled) before you add chocolate or Carmel. Mine was too hot and the Carmel soaked into the crust and made it very difficult to cut and eat because the it was too hard. My whole family loved it! Would make it again!

Cheesecake was good, but the crust was very hard. Too thick and way too much butter! If I make this again I will adjust the crust ingredients or make my usual graham cracker crust.
