YUMMMM!!! I have a TON of turnips from our CSA & am trying to find ways to use them. This was perfect!!! I subbed veggie broth for the water to add even more flavor, lime for the lemon b/c it is what I had on hand, & lime zest for the curry leaves b/c a website said it was a good substitute. 🤪
