Very tasty I didn't use tea I just put it in hot water and I also had to use powdered ginger. I will be using this again.

I had the "burps' from eating either sourdough bread (1 slice, toasted) or corned beef hash (from scratch, at a restaurant). This tea sounded like I would benefit from it, so I made it unsweetened and with 'Gaia' Digest tea and a pinch of black pepper to boost the tumeric. It tastes fine, since I have been off sugar for sometime now. I just have to find-out if it helps me.

was so excited when I saw this recipe and made it right away as I had all the ingredients in the larder. I grated the ginger and used only 1 tsp. Love the taste and will make it again :}
