Used chicken stock instead and 1 tsp red chilli flakes - love love this soup - even better the next day!

it was fair. i think chicken broth would have added more flavor. i added 1/2 a roasted jalapeno to spice it up a bit. served it on rice which made it much better than serving alone.

Not as smooth as the picture I’ll assume the used a blender to mix that instead of a hand held.🥥😀

Very yummy recipe! Can also play with consistency a bit, and add over rice and fish if looking for a twist. As is, this soup is perfect for cool Fall afternoons. Nutritious, and very gut healthy.
