Good recipe... it’s really not any more complicated than boiling white rice... but with the added tastes of lemon, orzo and parsley garnish. I’m not really sure how you might get any negative reviews from people claiming they are good cooks but can’t figure out how to boil rice effectively. Maybe turn the stovetop on? In any event, this is a great accompaniment to a fish or meat main. Thanks for sharing and we love it! PS I usually add some chicken broth to enhance the flavor. Thanks for sharing!

Have made this a number of times and its my husband's favorite rice pilaf recipe. Comes out perfect every time! Sometimes I use some boullion with the water to give a little extra flavor.

I cook daily and am told I am a very good cook. Followed instructions exactly. Not cooked through. Tried cooking twice as long in hopes of continuing to cook, still crunchy. Disappointing.
