It required a little more flour in order to knead it properly, once done it came together well. 250C was a bit hot so had to pull it out before the suggested time. Everyone ate it up and it went down well.

Fluffy and delicious! We did basil and garlic on one, thyme on another, and Italian seasoning on the third. Ate it with some really rich mushroom turkey soup. Yum!
