- turkey (Dietz & Watson, you can also use ham)
- cheddar cheese
- 2 apples (peeled and thinly sliced, will be enough for 6 sandwiches)
- honey mustard (recipe below, will be enough for 6 sandwiches)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey (I always try to use local honey because of its health benefits)
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
