- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 lb. ground turkey (lean)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 heads lettuce
- 1 cucumber (cut into 2 1/2-inch spears)
- 1/8 cup jicama
- 1/8 cup carrots
- 1 cup cheese
- 1/4 cup wish-bone ranch dressing
- prepared salsa

Directions
- Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in cumin chili powder and ground turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes or until turkey is thoroughly cooked. Stir in tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes or until heated through. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper.
- Arrange lettuce cups in stack on large platter. Place remaining topping ingredients in small bowls on platter. Garnish, if desired, with cilantro sprigs and lime wedges.
- Fill lettuce cups with turkey mixture, then top with your favorite toppings. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing.
