- turkey meat (Fresh carved, torn in small this strips)
- 1 avocado (large ripe, cut into small slices)
- 1 carrot (large, thin julienne cuts, like match sticks)
- 1 strip cucumber (red bell pepper, jicama, optional)
- fresh basil
- herbs
- mint
- lettuce (fresh, chopped or torn in small pieces)
- rice paper (for rolling)
- 1/4 cup hoisin (each brand has a different thickness consistency. So add water if needed to make the dip texture to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (almond butter or cashew butter.)
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil

Turned out so good! I decided to go with a Thai chicken instead of turkey and used cashew butter instead of peanut butter, and it was amazing. My fiancé even found it extremely filling! Definitely going to make it again.
