- 4 cups turkey stock (chicken stock/broth, homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup apple cider (or juice)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped potatoes
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 3 cups turkey (cooked and shredded)
- 1/2 cup milk (or cream)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal

It turned out great and I added some of my own spices to my dumplings I will use this recipe again thank you
