- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. ground chipotle chile pepper
- 15.5 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 9 oz. tortilla chips (baked)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 oz)
- 8 oz. ground turkey
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 tomatoes (large, chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice

Directions
- Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook orange pepper and onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in turkey, beans, lime juice and chipotle chile pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until turkey is throughly cooked. Stir in 1 tablespoon cilantro.
- Arrange chips on oven-proof platter, pizza or baking pan. Top with turkey mixture, then sprinkle with cheese and tomato. Bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro and serve, if desired, with sour cream, guacamole and sliced jalapeno pepper.
- Preheat oven to 450°.
