- oil (for cooking, Mom used coconut oil)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened, light or full fat)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (light or full fat)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Franks Red)
- 2 scallions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
