Yum! Freestyled a bit since I was missing some ingredients - used curry in place of cumin for a general taco seasoning recipe, cannellini beans instead of black, and added several spoonfuls if canned chipotle adobo sauce & one of its peppers (minced). I tossed crumbled cotija cheese on top as well. Will make again!
