  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning (or make your own, Mix: thyme, sage, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper, and a dash nutmeg..)
  • 3 cups sweet potatoes
  • 3 riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 banana (regular size, weird but very good.)
  • 2 carrots (peeled and grated.)
  • 4 ribs (celery chopped.)
  • 1 1/2 cups mushrooms (chopped * optional)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter (divided or can use coconut oil)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour (sifted, or 2 tbsp softened cream cheese)
  • 1 cup chicken stock (organic, or homemade chicken or turkey broth.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (* optional can omit.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash sea salt (and pepper.)
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper sauce (* optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (* optional)
