- noodles (Rozini Smart taste, 8 oz)
- cream of mushroom soup (Cambells)
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- lean ground turkey (jenny o extra, 1 lb)
- 1 white onion (diced)
- seasoning (mccormick stroganoff, packet)

Directions
- Cook meat with onions
- Add mushrooms
- When mushies are sofented combine soup, sour cream and packet. Let simmer for thirty minutes
- Boil Noodles and serve with side salad.
