I added extra garlic and had to thicken it. Using my own turkey stock also meant using more salt. Doubling it also was no problem....Would make it again. A great use for frozen turkey but be prepared to thicken it a bit. I prefer using flour vs cornstarch.

This is a delicious and easy to make dish. Also a great way to use leftovers.
It could easily be adapted to leftover chicken also. (I substituted greek yogurt
for the sour cream.)
