awesome recipe! I don't follow quantities much and just kinda threw it all together and it was great. I used cooked turkey breast in cubes instead of ground. As for the dill, I used dry dill and used about 1.5 tbs. First time using phyllo dough but it turned out amazing. I used more rice, feta, and turkey than the recipe called for and used lemon juice instead of zest. loved it.
