- 1/2 onion (diced)

- 3 fresh bay leaves
- 4 leaves fresh sage (do not chop)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
