- 1 pkg. Honeysuckle White® Rotisserie Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloins (can also use 1 package Turkey Breast Cutlets or approximately 1.25 lbs. leftover whole turkey, cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1 cup roasted cashews (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup onions (diced)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 12 croissants (or your favorite bread)
- 12 tomato slices
- 12 leaves bibb lettuce

Directions
- Cook turkey tenderloins per package instructions. Place in refrigerator to cool. Once turkey is cool, shred or dice into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Combine turkey, cashews, celery, sour cream, cream cheese, cranberries, and onions in a bowl and mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve, split croissant. Assemble lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun. Top with 3-4 tablespoons of turkey and place top bun.

outstanding. i used honey nd coconut roasted cashews. everyone told me not to make this again because ate way to many! This recipe was danger zone delicious!
