Excellent! It’s a soup you can modify very easily. I had some red wine open and added a ’cup to the sauté of veggies snd turkey. I also added some old Bay seasoning and Smokey paprika. it all added another depth of flavor to the dish. I preboiled the noodles to control the cooking time on it and dropped them in at the end. it is also fairly quick to make. my family even paid compliments in the middle of the Bedlam game! Go Sooners!
