This meatloaf was such a delightful change from my tried-and-true recipe. I use Paul Newman's Sockarooni pasta sauce, which adds a lot of extra flavor. Easy and perfect!

I made this today for a sick friend. She told me she doesn't care for ground turkey. Well, this meatloaf changed her mind. She even had seconds. The feta Definately added great flavor and moisture.
The texture is perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. Easy and delicious!
