I thought they'd come out dry since turkey tends to struggle in the moisture department...Not this time! I liked them a lot:)

This turned out great also added little fine chopped onion and jalapeño. I think brown rice could replace bread crumbs would be great substitute. Look forward to trying more recipes!!
