I made this for my family and they loved it! I actually used 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of onion and 1 cup of red peppers. I sautéed them in grape seed oil until celery softened. I also added 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. I spread ketchup on top and baked. I drained liquids 10 minutes before removing from oven. Yummy!
