- 1 medium onion (very finely diced/chopped, can be food processed)
- 2 rib celery (very finely diced/chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced, optional)
- 6 oz. evaporated milk ("unsweetened" condensed milk)

- fresh ground pepper

- 2 celery ribs (finely diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 6 oz. evaporated milk ("unsweetened" condensed milk)
