Great recipe! Have made this multiple times now. It reheats really well. I made it as is with no modifications.

Easy and good! I didn’t sauté the onion and just fine chopped it and mixed it in. I also just formed the mixture into a loaf shape and put it on baking parchment paper on a baking pan. Served w steamed green beans (butter, S and P, garlic powder) or roasted small potatoes in air fryer (halved or quartered depending on size; toss with EVOO, salt and pepper, garlic powder, grated Parmesan; ~18 min at 400). Bag of stuffing on the stove for a side.

Absolutely amazing!! I add chopped carrots and celery with the onion and let it cook down with broth( doesn’t matter what kind I’ve used them all (chicken, beef, and vegetable) ) until the broth is absorbed into the veggies. My whole family loves it, I always have to make 2 loaf’s at a time 😁

This turned out PHENOMINAL! I even overbaked the meatloaf and it was still juicy! I would definitely add siratcha to the glaze if you want a spicy kick!

Very easy to put together. Kids enjoyed it so much there weren’t leftovers. I added sriracha to the ketchup to give it a little kick

I am so excited about this recipe! My husband turns up his nose at any dish without beef or possibly pork. He told me this was pretty good and had seconds. That is a resounding endorsement. This meatloaf has good flavor and substance, I will make it again

Made this recipe for the first time tonight and it came out great! It's not liquidy like some of the other turkey meatloaf recipes come out, which was perfect. I cooked it in mini meatloaf stone loaves so the cook time could've been less but it still has a great flavor and wasn't dry.

This is the best meatloaf I’ve ever had! I modified it a tad. I didn’t have seasoned breadcrumbs so I added Italian seasoning in. I also added black pepper and a whole smaller onion instead of the 1/2. So moist and flavorful!

Wonderful! First time making meat loaf and I added diced mushrooms to the mix. I may add more veggies next time.

gets a 5; I've actually made it twice. BUT, the first time was awful; the 2nd time i added a packet of onion soup which was PERFECT. Ground turkey is definitely the healthier option but we don't relish the flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

Very good. I used 2 lbs of ground turkey and cut back on the bread crumbs. Really moist and hubby enjoyed it.

I always liked meatloaf but didn't know how to make it. This recipe had everything on point and my family enjoyed it!
