Description
A meatball made with ground turkey, chicken and turkey Italian sausage topped with a marinara sauce, mozzarella served on a hearty roll.

- 1/4 loaf challah (broken with your hands)
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (finely, plus more for serving)
- 1/8 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/8 cup Italian parsley (chopped fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lb. turkey meat (ground)
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 1/4 lb. seasoned ground turkey (ground Italian)
- 1 Italian roll (hearty)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the challah and milk.
- Next, add the parmesan, basil, parsley, tomato paste, salt, pepper, eggs, and garlic. Using a spoon, work all the ingredients together.
- Add the ground turkey, chicken and sausage meat. Using fingers, gently mix all the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
