- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt (more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey breast
- 14 oz. red enchilada sauce (Hatch brand)
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 onion (medium)
- 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- veggies (Any other, like squash, etc. I didn't do this because my son wouldn't eat them.)
