Very good mix, flavorful, straightforward and simple.
I’ve used other breakfast sausage sometimes, when I couldn’t get the Jennie-O turkey sausage. When there’s less meat, this recipe doesn’t need a full 6 hours to cook, but that means checking it if you can. I’ve made this breakfast for dinner when I’m at home. That allows me to check it during the day.
Each time I’ve made this, the end product is yummy and flavorful. This doesn’t require additional seasoning, which is nice, as well.
