Tasty and easy. We had a pineapple habenero jelly so we used that instead of jalapeño jelly ...the little bit of apple sweet with a little spicy heat made for a great pairing.

Sounds/reads delicious! Super easy but the low heat/cook time does not make this a quick weeknighter. I added mayonnaise-my crowd isn't keen on mustard. I went easy on the pepper jelly for my crowd, as well. I felt the apple flavor gets lost between the mayo and the cheese. I also used a tinfoil/throw away pan and the bottom of my bread got too hard-so maybe less cooking time for this kind of pan. Note: pre-cut the sliders into individuals prior to baking so that once they come out you can easily pull them apart-and not "slide" apart from the gooey cheese and sauce. I will definitely make this again but will experiment with different sauces so that the idea of what it will taste like can translate to the actual taste.
