- 3 qt. turkey broth (roasted)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil (Rouses)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (Rouses)
- 1/4 lb. turkey (leftover, roughly chopped)
- 1/2 lb. smoked sausage (Rouses, cut into 1-inch rounds)

I used this as a guide but it turned out great. I added more veggies. Great use of thr turkey carcass.
