- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 cup dry red wine (such as Cabernet Sauvignon, or substitute an additional 14.5-ounce can of crushed tomatoes)
- 14.5 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 10 oz. tagliatelle pasta (Giovanni Rana)
- freshly grated Parmesan
- fresh basil
