This was a great soup recipe. Wasn’t sure about grating the carrot and potato however it really worked well. I had my guests put whatever cut up fresh herbs they wanted in the bottom of their bowl and then poured hot soup on top. Of course I only use my homemade turkey stock which which makes it even better. Used turkey carcasses from freezer to make stock and then cooked some turkey parts in that stock to add to soup.
