Amazing and low carb. Only lemongrass I had was in some loose leaf lemongrass ginger tea. Put 1 T of that in blender with the sriracha, salt, garlic cloves and added an egg to bind it all together. Added a nice fresh taste to the meatballs. Any fermented veggies can be used for/with the pickled onion. Added some butter lettuce on the bottom and a few slices of avo. Love the nutrition of "bowls"!

Love this recipe. We make it at least every 2 weeks. It’s simple and fresh . Sometimes I alter the ingredients depending what’s around. I don’t use the oven though I put the balls in the airfryer for about 10 mins.
